HOTAfest needs your help!

Our goal is to have a wonderful weekend of music, singing & dance. To accomplish this lots of local folks donate their time & talents to the festival, a dedicated crew of volunteers works all year long. Unfortunately, this is not enough to break even. This year we have reached out to the local business community to help cover our shortfall. This has been a big help, but it still not be enough. If you can donate some time, money or EXPERTISE to the festival here's what we still, really need!

We need workers!

HOTAfest is now looking for volunteers to help with the Festival in August. We will have a new concession area this year, and need volunteers to man this area, plus we need site workers to man sales tables, help with workshops, etc. Volunteers receive weekend passes, free festival t-shirts, hospitality, etc.

We will have an organizational meeting in June here in Bradford, Pa. Even if you think you have ALREADY volunteered, please send an email to Evelyn Jones mailto:e.jynene.jones@juno.com to be sure you're on the list. She will contact you with further information.

We need Managers!

We are looking for "Manager Level" volunteers to guide HOTAfest into the future. If you've got the energy, time, organizational talents & creative spirit, we need your help. If we can match up the work needed with the right people who have the skills & talents, next year's festival will be the best yet. By sharing the workload, no one person will be overworked, and everyone will have more fun.

• Performer, Vendor & Camper Relations (HR skills)
• Website & Graphic Arts Skills
• Organizational Skills
• Marketing & Promotional experience
• Internet Networking & Social Skills
• Grants, Funding & Financial
• Database, Spreadsheet, DTP & general computer skills
• Sound Systems & Stage Lighting

We will have a few organizational meetings of the management staff throughout the year, so this is mostly a call to local folks to help run the festival.
