Now you have the convenience of paying your HOTAfest 2009 registration fee with your favorite credit card. To guarantee your Workshop Passes, Lodging, & Meals, please submit this registration no later than July 25, 2009.
!!Registration after July 25 must be made by phone to Sue Neth 814-825-8971 sueneth@aol.com leave a message she will get back to you.!! It is not to late. But phone registration with Sue is critical.

**IMPORTANT**

As you add your HOTAfest Activities, Lodging, & Meal items to your shopping cart, you MUST make sure the quantity of each item is appropriate for the number of people who will be attending. For example; quantity of workshop passes for those 12 and older, quantity of meals for each person, quantity of apartment suites and/or campsites for the 2 nights, etc.

1. HOTAfest 2009 ALL ACTIVITY PASSES

A. ALL WEEKEND/ WORKSHOP PASS - $50.00 per person - BEST VALUE.

Includes ALL activities and Workshops Fri, Sat, & Sun. Does not include lodging and meals.

2. HOTAfest 2008 LODGING

Suites can not be GUARANTEED after July 24, 2009
The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will be providing lodging as follows:

A. FULL APARTMENT SUITE - $110.00/night for 2 nights = $220.00

Bring friends and split the cost of your suite. There are a limited number of Apartment Suites available. These suites have 2 bedrooms (w/ 1 King or 2 Twin Beds), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (a little frig, microwave), dining and living room area with a couch. Pricing is per suite, not per person. NOTE: Each Bedroom comes "standard" with one King bed, but if you would prefer 2 separate, twin beds, please specify this on the registration form.

ONE NIGHT ONLY: $110

B. HALF (SHARED) APARTMENT SUITE - $55.00/night for 2 nights = $110.00

Bring friends and split the cost of your suite. There are a limited number of Apartment Suites available. This is one Bedroom only in a shared suite (same as above) 1 bedrooms (w/ 1 King or 2 Twin Beds), 1 bathrooms, shared kitchen (a little frig, microwave), shared dining and living room area with a couch. C. RV CAMPING - $20.00/night for 2 nights = $40.00

Camping for RV's and Fifthwheels. Sorry, there are no hook-ups, but you do have access to dorm showers.

D. TENT CAMPING - $12.00/night for 2 nights = $24.00

Campers have access to dorm showers, and are only 100 yards from the festival Jam Tent.

3. HOTAfest 2009 Meals MENU

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will be providing meals in their cafeteria. Please let Sue Neth 814-825-8971 know if you have special needs regarding meals such as vegetarian, diabetic, etc. Children 6 & under eat free, & children's meals from 7 to 12 are discounted. MEAL PACKAGES MUST BE ORDERED BY July 25, 2009.
